In May, I was bringing my Globetrotter 27 FB back north to AK and I had arrnged servcing a broken HDMI cable and a spring Walbernizing through AS Las vegas. After dropping my trailer Wednesday, I picked it up Thursday, clean and shiny, HDMI cable repaired, and went to pay for the service, and my Visa card was declined since I was 2500 miles from home. Rather than waiting for me to call Visa and authorize the charge, the good men at AS LV decided to waive my charges as a gift of good faith. This is the type of service that is rare and appreciated today. Extraordinary service each time I have been there in person and on the phone.

Troy Willet was absolutely fabulous very knowledgeable very helpful very compassionate. My AC was out Tony tightened up and serviced it got it going while I was there picking it up Troy diagnosed a bad Jack ack and it was replaced within a very short time. Your Service depart saved our honeymoon! We had our first major marriage hiccup and managed to bend our tongue lift pole while camping. Unable to unhitch we drove straight to Las Vegas for help. Monday at 8:30 called your service department, told them our situation and they squeezed us in first thing! They were fast and friendly and had us back on the road in no time. Honeymoon saved, happy wife and now a continued happy life! Thank you.

Why are you not making the Dometic A/C available with the an easy or soft start for boon-docking. The easyStart 364 gets excellent reviews. You are the leader in Trailer innovation, someone need to step up to the plate. Thank you, George PS, we love our new 2020 19ft Caravel.

In a word....'Amazing'. While traveling from Florida on long planned, a once and lifetime trip to the Western United States, when our Air Stream Interstate lost all Low Voltage Power. We called the Service Manager Jason and he said he was swamped, but understanding our predicament, he said he would only be able to troubleshoot where the problem might be originating from. We drove 2 hours from St George Utah and introduced myself, within 20 minutes from our arrival, Jake had the vehicle diagnosed and already working on the repair. I and my wife are so amazed and overjoyed as we have never experienced this level of service and genuine kindness. Thank you Jason and Jake, you put our vacation plans back on track. Bob & Pati

Had an electrical problem on the road and needed to find an A/S dealer - our 30 Classics battery flatlined. And when your battery loses juice you have no accessories even if you are connected to shore power.
Nothing but a cascade of good things began happening when we pulled in. A salesman came out and helped us turn around and went and let Service know they had a customer. Like he had nothing better to do on a busy Friday morning, Joe the service manager, made us feel like we were his only customer and began to listen to our complaint. Within a few minutes he put service tech Allan to work on finding out what was wrong. Allan was knowledgeable and thorough in tracing down the problem & finding the solution. Mercifully Allan found the problem was one of wires & circuits, not of failed equipment as we were had feared. They had us back on the road in just over an hour. Great group of people. Troy in your service dept is the hero of all hero's. Not only is he beyond knowledgeable about all things airstream he is extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. In a really stressful travel situation our tongue jack stopped working while we were already hitched and fully extended. Troy not only took the time to troubleshoot the problem remotely, he continued to help us multiple days after to get the right parts to fix the issue. He is a true asset to your team! We bought our airstream in Tampa but are currently thinking about moving out west to have yall as our service dept! Thank you so much!
